How to Create a PromoStream Secured Virtual Event

(Last Updated 11/11/20) Here's how you create a PromoStream Secured virtual event on PromoTix! 1. Click on "+ New Event" Click on the "+ New Event" button to start creating your event. TIP: You can also create a new event using the method below: 2. Fill Out Your Event's Details Add some basic details for your event. You can add a title, upload images, write a detailed description, and more. Once you're done, click on the "Save & Continue" button. Set Live Stream Dates & Times Let your attendees know when you will be live streaming on PromoStream. First, make sure "Online Broadcast" is selected in the dropdown menu in the very top. NOTE: If your event is also taking place in-person, you can select "In Person & Online Broadcast." Set the dates and times for your event in the remaining fields, and once you're done, click on the "Save & Continue" button. TIP: Use the "+ Add another day" button to add multiple days to your live stream. TIP: If your event spans continuously over multiple days, click on the "Past Midnight" checkbox(es). 4. Choose Video Quality Time to select the video quality for your live stream. You can choose from the following options: Standard Quality High Definition 4K Definition Note that PromoTix will deduct a fee on each PromoStream Secured Ticket that you sell. The amount deducted will differ depending on your video quality and the duration of your live stream. Please see below: Standard Definition (Up to 2 Hour Stream): $0.99 / Virtual Ticket Sold Each Additional Hour: + $0.50 / Hour High Definition (Up to 2 Hour Stream): $1.39 / Virtual Ticket Sold Each Additional Hour: + $0.70 / Hour Once you're done, click on the "Save & Continue" button. NOTE: PromoStream Secured events in 4K Definition require custom quotes from a PromoTix Representative in order to be published. 4. Create Tickets Time to let people know what you're selling! After you've set up all of your tickets, click on the "Save & Continue" button. If you want to collect information on every ticket purchased, check the appropriate boxes. Once you're done, if you'd like to see what your finished event page will look like, click on the "Preview" button. To publish your event page and start selling tickets, click on "Publish Event." 6. Start Selling Tickets Congratulations, your event is now live! How to Create a PromoTix Event Organizer Account

(Last Updated 11/12/20) Here's how you create an Event Organizer account on PromoTix! 1. Visit the Sign Up Link To sign up for a PromoTix Event Organizer account, visit this link: https://promosuite.promotixapp.com/user/signup 2. Enter in Your Email Address Enter in your email address and then click on the green "Get Started" button. 3. Fill Out the Form Fill in your information, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and then click on the green "Next" button. IMPORTANT: Make sure "I am planning an event" is selected. 4. Verify Your Email Address Congratulations! You've created a PromoTix Event Organizer account. In order to publish your first event, you'll first need to verify your email address. To do this, check your email inbox and click the link in the verification email which was just sent to you. TIP: If you can't find the verification email, check your spam and junk folders.
